4.1 Professional Software: To deliver our services, we use industry standard third party software including Dext, Streem Connect, BrightPay, GoCardless, Karbon, Xero, IRIS, FreeAgent and Hubdoc. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
4.2 Financial Transactions: Payments are processed via Stripe, GoCardless or direct bank transfer. We share only the data required to process your payment.
4.3 Marketing: We use Squarespace to send updates. You can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
4.4 International Transfers: Our website and certain software providers are hosted in the United States and Ireland. Where data is transferred to the US, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (the "UK-US Data Bridge") or standard contractual clauses approved for use in the UK.

5.1 To comply with UK statutory accounting and legal obligations, we retain your personal data for a minimum period of 7 years following the end of our business relationship.
